Our promise to our customers is that we will provide them with legitimate call leads of at least 90 seconds duration. We believe that this duration is more than enough for any well-trained agent to set up the base for a follow-up appointment, and it also allows our customers to check the prospects and find out whether they are seriously and genuinely looking for the service advertised by the buyer.
 
We recognize that our customers put their trust in us when they choose to purchase our leads. We take this responsibility seriously, and we are committed to providing the best possible service. However, we also understand that there may be instances where our customers may not receive the leads they have paid for.
 
If you do not receive any of the leads you have paid for within 30 days after your payment has been received, we will provide you with a refund upon request. We believe that this refund policy is a fair and reasonable way to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our service and that they feel confident in their decision to choose us as their lead provider.
 
It is important to note that our refund policy only applies to leads that have not been delivered. If you have received the leads but are not satisfied with their quality, we encourage you to contact us so that we can work with you to resolve any issues. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via the following email: refund@leadsrefer.com . We will require your order number, the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request. Once we have received this information, we will process your refund within 7 to 15 business days. Please note that it may take up to 20 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
